“Joe Biden to Father of Former Navy SEAL Killed in Benghazi:‘Did Your Son Always Have Balls the Size of Cue Balls?’”

Explosive new allegations surrounding the Benghazi attack emerged this morning, with FOX News’ Jennifer Griffin reporting that sources have confirmed that three urgent requests for military assistance sent from the CIA annex were all denied; CIA operators were apparently told to “stand down” rather than respond when shots were heard around 9:40 p.m. on September 11. Following the alleged developments, Charles Woods, father of ex-Navy SEAL Tyrone Woods who was killed in the attack, passionately responded.
While it was previously known that these men arrived on the scene to provide assistance, the alleged “stand down” orders and the repeatedly-denied requests for military assistance are new developments to a story that seems to be continuously unraveling.
When the attack first took form, Doherty and Woods were at a secure CIA annex only one mile away from the chaos unfolding at the compound. After the men heard shots fired, they promptly let the chain of command know about the situation on the ground. However, FOX’s sources claim that they were told to refrain from action. This same mandate was given to the men when they called a second time just one hour later to report that the dangerous situation was still unfolding at the consulate.

Outrageous. Incredible.

Lest it be forgotten this was on 9/11. That security was not greater in this PARTICULAR location on that date, that the response was pure apathy, and the cover-up that followed... it is almost too much to believe.

This was a post of the United States Government and was United States soil. Military assets were sufficiently near, ready, and capable.

The initial story was that this was a mob, that these SEALS were essentially walking by, and that the entire thing was precipitated by a youtube video. Now it was Al Quaida, the SEALS were CIA contractors (at least, if not employees), other CIA forces were involved, the military was at the ready, the SEALS were told to stand down, the military was idled. Our government, and our President, then lied in a very demonstrable and despicable manner, clearly in running-for-office/CYA mode.

The SEALS would have been better calling 911 in Libya than communicating with their superiors. In fact, the Libyans are the ones who finally broke it up! In cars!

The United States is a superpower! We look like jerks!

Enough with sensitivity and running for office; this is a matter of security and sovereignty. It has become a matter of credibility and character. Every job has parts that are just not fun and require the person to step up. To hear our President tell EVERY story, he NEVER makes mistakes. It is always someone else's fault or he just didn't know anything. It makes some of the more outrageous, past allegations about our President more believable. I'd vote for Mickey Mouse before I would vote for our President for another term.

Look at the pictures of the consulate and our dead, Mr. President, if you didn't already see them in real time. Step up.

It is hard to understand why or how this story is being kept so quiet. I am convinced that most o the "journalists" out there are so pledged to the Obama movement that their integrity has simply vanished. We have the best and the brightest making a stand for our country and for those who were under attack - doing the right thing and begging for help and the answer was no?

I also understand that there was live time video streaming of the event as it happened. So the picture in my mind is that we have people in the situation room and in command and control with a wide assortment of capabilities at their fingertips and they said no and then settled back and watched these Americans die?

I can't help but think what was going through those brave Navy Seals' minds when they got the news that their request for help was denied. These are the finest military operators on the planet - they knew what it meant for them when the request was denied.

I have noticed that since the Obama administration has been stonewalling that a few individuals with some measure of honor left have had the decency to start leaking documents so the facts can come out. I hope a few more of these documents are leaked - you have to believe at this point that there is a stack of them.

I understand party allegiances but issues like this rise way above party and politics. This is wrong and the people that made these decisions need to pay. We hung our service men out to dry and left them to die with no efforts to assist them while they were working to rescue Americans from an attack. They sat there and watched these heroes die - literally. There is no fairy tale the adminstration can tell that will right this wrong.

This is shameful. We allowed brave young men to die while they were begging for help.

This president is responsible for not responding when the chips were down and our own people needed help. Talk about watergate, Nixon was kiced out of office and no one died in the weatergate scandle. Now we have 4 brave Americans killed by a terriorist attack , and the president will now say he did not know what was going on. We the citizens pay his salery to run this country and he failed, so lets get him out and get someone in that will do the job.We do not need a lying president or one who blames every one else .
