In my area gas went up 10 cents in an hour one day last week, Friday I believe. They are blaming the situation in Libya. Speaking of Libya, looters are hauling everything they can from the oil pipelines and pumping stations. Spanish and German commandos are evacuating workers of their respective countries out in helicopters, the port of Benghazi is shut down, oil tankers are warned to stay at least 100 miles off shore, some oil workers are marching across the desert to the Egyptian and Algerian borders, the pipeline to Sicily has been shut off for more than a week. Even though, the civil war in Libya is affecting oil prices worldwide, 85 percent of Libyan oil goes to Europe, so their supplies is dwindling. Gadhafi definitely wants to go out in a blaze of glory. Government planes and helicopters are strafing and rocketing their own people. Iranian warships are unloading WMDs at a Syrian port. The governments of Egypt and Tunisia are toppled and there is insurrection and civil war in Morocco, Yemen and Bahrain. The imam in Chechnya has promised more attacks in Russia. That is the latest from the Middle east and North Africa. Also there is fighting between Russians and Chinese in Vladivostok and the Northeast Frontier. Gas prices will definitely go higher. No use for the federal government allow the tapping of the 1 trillion plus barrels of oil in the Montana shale fields. The USA needs to stay dependent on foreign oil, right? One of the worst things to happen to the USA is making the federal government the dictator over the oil fields. We are paying for it dearly and will continue to pay for it dearly as long as the dictatorial powers stay in DC. Some are naive enough to say we are heading for a dictatorship. Where have you been? Welcome to the USSA.

The U.S. is obligated to buy saudi arabia oil, because in return saudi arabia is obligated to buy up US debt. It is a vicious cycle. It was an agreement made in the 1970s. Soon Saudi Arabia will have to deal with US treasury bonds worthlessness and will probably cut of oil to the US. Some predict towards the end of 2012 the dollar will collapse and China and the rest of the world will be pissed when they find out the US have been scamming them by getting them to buy up worthless, unbacked, t-bonds.

Perkins Logistics & Specialized Transportation LLC

Individualized attention you will not find we are all about ourselves and money at any cost.
We’re small enough to be able to work with all of our drivers on a personal basis by scamming them with lies to them and ripping them off. At Perkins, drivers are a number. We take the time to rip off every one of our drivers. Perkins’ personnel go the distance to understand each driver’s capabilities and how to further their debt bondage to us. With this, the driver is more unsuccessful and we prevail by huge profits.

We’re not a driver friendly organization

Think of us as your worst enemy in your wallet. Our relationships with drivers are based on making us successful. We have teams of people that work behind the scenes to increase our success potential – everything from profitability to ignoring safety compliance to cash flow. In short - when we are successful, we are successful. It’s that simple.

We’ve put a real “A” team together with a support program that speaks for itself. Here are some of the features that make only us successful and our drivers bankrupted.

Profitability: We continuously monitor and review utilization – miles and revenue per week – to ensure that the driver stays broke and
generates more revenue for Perkins Transportation.

Safety and Legality: We work tirelessly to maintain noncompliance with the
U.S. Department of Transportation to ensure that every driver is operating

at the highest chance of being inspected by D.O.T. check out or safety rating at their website

Scheduling and business development: Our account representatives work every day on scheduling and generating new business offering below market value freight and making our drivers pull it free for us.
