"It's just as important for me to understand our employees." Huh? Puh-lease. Claudia Zanes is abusive, arrogant, condescending, and rude to "her" employees. Just ask any of them from the past 2 years, all of which were either fired or walked off the job without notice. Gee I wonder why that would be. Claudia even fired one employee because she went to her grandfather's funeral. This is a fluff piece written by Claudia herself. as a former employee, I would be sure to tell anyone looking for a job with this firm to look again...and stay as far away from the Zanes as is humanly possible.

I encourage everyone who has read the comment from "COD" to consider the source. Could it be the case that someone with that negative of an attitude simply did not fit in with the enthusiastic and upbeat group of people who make up Zanes Law? Zanes Law is an extraordinary place to work, and it is people like Claudia who make it that way. In fact, I have never heard an abusive, arrogant, condescending or rude word come out of her mouth. If she ever has a bad day you would never know it because she always has a smile on her face. And I am sure anyone who knows Claudia would agree with me and laugh at those allegations. Claudia always has an encouraging word and always has her employees best interest at heart. It is true that not everyone is cut out to be an employee at Zanes Law, but if they were not picky about who they hired then there values of representing their clients well, exceptional customer service, high standards, and team work would never be reached. Thanks to Claudia's dedication to her work they hire only the best (and yes there ARE employees who have worked here over 2 years!). Zanes Law is like a family and everyone is very supportive of one another. I am proud to say I am an employee at Zanes Law and I encourage everyone to check it out for themselves. Just one visit here and you too will see the true story.

Happy Employee I suspect your initials are C.Z. There is one employee there who has been there longer than a few months. One. Every other employee in the last 2 years, with the exceptionm of 1 who gave a 2 week notice last May, has either walked out with no notice, or was fired...and was fired for really IMPORTANT things like going to a grandfather's funeral, refusing to pay a $5.00 fine for being 2 minutes late to a staff meeting, and for being called into a meeting in which screaming and name calling was done by Claudia herself; specifically, "You are lazy and incapable and can and WILL be replaced with a snap of my fingers." That meeting took place about 11 months ago. Within 20 minutes of that meeting, 2 employees packed up their things and walked out. They'd had enough of Claudia Zanes.

Happy, if you are really an "employee" and not Claudia herself then things have drastically changed in a few short months. And I mean D-R-A-S-T-I-C-A-L-L-Y. If you are truly an employee, then you have been there less than 6 months, unless you are the one and only employee who has been there for longer than 2 years. I happen to know for a fact that he would not write such a glowing reference for Zanes Law. This driveling junk about how Claudia always looks out for her employees is what she was droning on about when I started. It was what she was droning on about when I left. And, apparently, it continues to be what she drones on about.

If you are really an employee then you'll come to find out, as we all do eventually, that having been an employee of Zanes Law is embarassing to admit, and the rest of the legal world in Tucson laughs and asks, "Do you know Claudia? I feel sorry for you. She's a real -----." This is fact as I have experienced it; more than once.

Good luck Claudia. I mean "employee".

COD - I have heard rumors like this for awhile now. You should write about your experiences on GlassDoor.com . It gives job seekers an inside insight to companies from former employees.

Of course I don't think there is a way to prevent "Happy Employees" from posting their own false reviews however maybe your review would help others in the future.

COD is completely accurate. I wish they would post on glassdoor.com because since the recommendation Zanes Law has posted the iron false review.
