This is just more smoke and mirrors from the marxist obamanation alinsky regime. The same obamanation that issued a back door amnesty by executive fiat for illegal mexiholes in order to kiss himself some latino azz for votes is going to get tough about illegal mexican invasion break ins at the border? Give me a break.

Yeah, exactly. He's going to grant a backdoor amnesty to 300,000+ illegal aliens but get touch on the border? Sure he is.

There was just an article wherein he told the border patrol NOT to arrest/deport illegal aliens.

Contradictory. He's no good.

Why do you think they're better than everyone else and should thus be exempt from the laws?

Try and do something illegal in their country and see what happens to you. No matter how we deal with these illegals coming across the border it costs the taxpayers big money. We need to start sending the bills to the Mexican government for payment. We need tougher laws against Mexico because as long as we are friendly towards them we are advocating and condoning their corrupt government and their drug cartels.

If you are here against our immigration laws (and every country has them), you are a POS illegal alien, not an immigrant.

Your post is barely understandable, as you are obviously illiterate. However, I'll take apart the post and answer what I believe I understand it to mean.

Remember my background and where I come from? I come from Illinois -- one of the states in the United States of America. I was born there. My parents and grandparents were born in Indiana (yet another state in the United States of America). My other ancestors came here LEGALLY through legal ports of entry such as Ellis Island. So exactly what are you getting at?

When explorers came to this land, there were no immigration laws in place. That is how things were done. People explored lands and conquered them. The Native American Indians even did that to each other -- conquered other tribes, took land, women, etc.

You do realize that if there is no law against it, then it cannot be illegal to do it, right?

Later, after the land was settled, immigration laws, rules, regulations, etc. were put into place. People came through legal ports of entry such as Ellis Island. When people follow the rules and laws in place at that time, that means they came LEGALLY. If one follows the laws and comes legally, they cannot be and are not an illegal alien.

Ellis Island (and other legal ports of entry) were not one big party, and they were not a guarantee of getting in here and being allowed to stay.

Nowhere in our Constitution does it state we must let millions of foreigners (or even ONE foreigner) break our laws and remain here illegally. Nor does it say we must reward them for breaking our laws by allowing them to stay. If you're reading something I haven't seen, please post it and provide proof it exists.

Managing to break the law for 10 or 30 years is not a good enough reason to be rewarded for said crime. On top of that, if you've been here illegally for 30 years, you're an idiot. There was an amnesty in 1986 (less than 30 years ago) and several more smaller amnesties since then. If you didn't take advantage of any of those, it's either because you're a moron (we don't want or need morons here, since we have enough homegrown ones) or you didn't qualify (i.e., you have a criminal background).

No one is breaking families apart except for the illegal aliens themselves. They are freely able to take their families home with them, to their mother country. If they choose not to, that is THEIR fault and no one else's. Being here illegally, they knew the consequences. Therefore, they shouldn't have started a family they might end up being separated from. Why can't illegal aliens take responsibility for their own actions? They caused the situation. It is not one else's fault but their own.

What about citizens who break the law and must go to jail or prison? Are their families not "broken up"???? Hmmmm??? And they don't even have the option of taking their family with them. So should we just overlook all law breaking if someone has a family? And if they don't have a family they must pay for their law breaking? That's discriminatory.

Respecting the rights of people means just that. And people do NOT have the *right* to break laws. Show me any country that gives people the right to break laws. All the illegal aliens should go to that country (but you won't find one).

The U.S. allows in more legal immigrants every year than all other countries combined (somewhere between 700,000 and 900,000). All countries have immigration laws. You try going to another country and squatting and working and getting benefits and see how far you get.

What people *deserve* is to have laws applied equally to all, which means illegal aliens get deported. They do NOT get rewarded for law breaking by receiving exactly what they broke the law to get in the first place. To say otherwise is ignorant.

Illegal aliens cry that they aren't treated the same, but as soon as we try to apply the laws to them (like we do to citizens), they don't like it. Can't have it both ways.

If you are idealistic and naive enough to think that truth will prevail then you have never been involved in any court system in this world and that includes the United States. Truth does not prevail--favors, bribes, manipulating the law, bullying and threats prevail. Unfortunately, justice is rare.
