I got EXACTLY what I wanted when I voted for Barack Obama! He closed down Guantanamo and stopped the torture!!!! He contributed more troops to Afghanistan so that we can continue fighting a war over there!!! He promised me he would give me a huge tax cut!!!! He also will ensure that my party will never lose an election once he gives citizenship to all undocumented migrants!!!! I LOVE YOU OBAMA!!! I HAVE ALL YOUR BUMPER STICKERS ON THE BACK OF MY PRIUS!!! A+++ all they way!!

President Obama has done a fantastic job given the overloaded plate that he was handed on his first day in office. He's making every effort to keep as many of his campaign promises as possible and he's certainly quick to take charge to set the wheels in motion to make the changes needed to put America back on track.

I don't like what he's doing so far. His "I'm sorry" tour was crap, his lips are probably still dry from all that ass kissing he did. He's throwing this country into Debt (yes, with a capital D), I mean, he's already spent more than Bush ever did and he's only done 100+ days! He's been nothing but divisive so far, and he's looking more and more like a 1 term president so far.

He's getting a big fat F from me. I didn't vote for him to become an even bigger spending idiot that Bush was. He's starting to look worse than Bush now.

If there was a choice lower than F, that is what I would give this Buffoon! Thank goodness the polls are finally starting to reflect the fact that millions of voters who were either stupid or woefully uninformed are starting to wake up. This guy is an unmitigated disaster---hope that we all survive his four years without too much permanent damage.

Up until now I thought Jimmy Carter was the
worse ---- but, now we have Barack. This man is
a fool --- foolish behavior, foolish acts and
foolish ideas. God help us all - hopefully he'll
be a ONE-TERM president

This critter ain't even a naturalized Amerikwan shitizen. He is constitutionally prohibited from holding any office but don't let this small glitch stop all of you from fawning over this worthless creature of your own making.

Sadly, there was no one qualified to hold the office offered up to us to vote for and there never has been. Only a fool would entrust his healthcare or his country for that matter to a socialist make-work fed criminal like bammy.

Thinking that 1 yr has passed and very little has been accomplished. A lot of talk still but very little action.

A divided state will never get anything done. This guy doesn't have control over all. Republicans are fighting at all costs to block everything. Democrats are fighting at all costs to pass everything. There is no Bi-partisanship. Division is a good thing when you don't want things to change, but you wish the public to feel like there is all kinds of stuff in motion. You see, we are all fighting about whether the guy is doing a good job, whether the dude is doing a bad job, whether we care, whether we don't.

In my humble opinion, things are going just like the people wanted it to go. Democrats wanted change and hope. Change of power has taken place. Hope is the last one to die. Republicans wanted McCain. There was no hope of that happening. The backup plan was that if the election was lost, we'd fight against everything, regardless of how much sense it made or not. We've accomplished all of this and have gotten all that we've put effort into.

So, here we are, 1 yr into this job and still, there's very little to show for it. If we are not part of the solution, we may be part of the problem.

Healthcare - Dems ... pass it ... pass it ... make it complicated ... 2000 pages long ... Reps ... stop it ... stop it ... stop it ... no middle ground ... but why does a healthcare reform bill have to be 2000 pages long and who the heck had time to read this?

Illegals - Dems ... don't do anyting ... we are strong on this issue ... we are working it ... Reps ... deport ... deport ... deport ... as long as it doesn't affect our friends in big business ... again, no middle ground ... no creative thinking ... no solution ...

Economy - Dems ... let's bail them out ... govt funding ... we the people .. Reps ... don't fund it ... don't fund it ... don't fund it ... but let's make sure that our friends in big business don't go under ... again, no middle ground ... no good solution ... one big sloppy one ...

Education - Doesn't even seem to make a blip on the radar ... how can we succeed in the future, when we are doing very little preparation and settling for so-so education?

Social Security - Dems - increase it ... increase it ... govt paid ... Reps ... don't increase it ... cut taxes ... don't change it ... this will keep our friends happy and will keep them from paying more taxes ... nothing in the middle ... the freakin' program is broken ... fix it ...

The story goes on and on and on ... yeah, I might have mis-quoted and mis-spoken in many of the comments ... do you all see anything happening? Not a thing. We fight and fight and fight and blog and blog and blog. No one listens or cares.

Regretfully,

This Obama Bashing is a joke. It began before day 1 & intensified on day 1. It'll take him 3 years to undo the Bush fiasco, then the Republicans will take office & drain anything he's built. I hope he doesn't pull a push & get our homeland bombed & bind us with fear to keep him in office. I'd bet he's much to authentic to put us at risk like that, he actually seems sincere in rebuilding our Country. Of course he'll get reemed with every inch but he doesn't seem the least bit intimidated.

You are making the assumption that this guy can change anything that quickly. The Bush plan will be in effect the 1st three years of Obama's term. Obama's plan won't take effect until year #4 of his presidency.

W/r to undoing the MESS. I don't think anyone really wants to undo the mess.

I truly believe the majority wants to undo the mess; we've just been fed too much propaganda & no longer can see the truth as we're lost in an Elitist's game. We've got to cut to the chase & prevent all the Politicains from politicing on our dime. Most Americans take pride in their jobs; we've just been oppressed from all ends while they keep us fighting with each other. I say: Game Over. Let's follow Colorado's lead & vote independent. Let's modify the terms to get Public Servents & not more of the same.

Let's get rid of all three parties, Republicans, Democrats and Independent. The first 2 have too much money. The last one seems to have very little chance on a national level.

Agreed. Let's get down to the details and get things done.
