Did anyone see at 10:10 last night a large fireball in the northeast sky? It was very fast and appeared to hit the ground. I live in Oro Valley.

I didn't see anything, but you have my curiosity peaked. I tried to Google the topic, but couldn't find anything.

What color was the light? Once it hit the ground, did it just disappear, or did you see something else?

It may have been a test run by Russia, as they continue to pin point their calculations for an exact hit, as they prepare for the day they can nuke America.
Of course they will have to wait until after the US implement marshal law due to the alien invasion, and right after the US economic collapse.
Ya’ll have a nice day :)
Or Iran or China...

Marshall Law isn't a bad idea...I kind of like it.

Have a great weekend.:)

The light was all white and about the size of a full moon, when it hit it was behind the mountains so I couldn't tell anything. The difficult thing to figure out was distance. Because of the size and speed, it seemed that it should have been fairly close, but there was no sound. Very confusing in all.

That is pretty exciting. Maybe the folks at Kitt Peak can answer your questions:

Thanks for the information.:)

I live in Queen Creek --- I saw it and it was huge.. Like an Armageddonish fiercity. I was blown away and still see it in my mind.

It was north east just south of perseus almost dead on line of it. Truly amaazing as it lasted almost 3 seconds and burst into pretty cool clors at points.

I saw the asteroid 2006 US216 last night. What I observed with my family looked like "a comet" and it was coming towards us but somehow changed direction and went away toward the Cassiopea's constellation. We could see it with the naked eye. After a while became very dimmed and could be observed with binoculars. You have noticed that not too many news stations (if any)talked about it this morning. According to Nasa the asteroid passed only 0.05AU from Earth (AU=150millions of Kms). Last year, when it was discovered, the asteroid came as close to 0.06AU.
Today The New York Times has article about it. Please read it. You draw your own theories.

one interesting thing is the airplane toward the upper right corner of the screen. you see the plane moving toward the right then all of a sudden upward. it moves out of the screen then comes back into the screen as the thing dies out.

Yes, I saw it, it was really fast, it appeared to leave trail of smoke before it disappeared.
