Iran and China can rebuild this country too and have then normal trade contacts with Afghanistan.
Global criminals from usa have more than 10 years to rebuild this country, but they have failed. The only few things, which were done there by criminal politicians from usa and fellosd from nato were: bloodshed and complete ruin of the country and human lives. And it is time to fu.. off and get out.
