These Afghans must cooperate with another countries just like China and Iran and seek such partners to rebuild their country. Global war criminals, genocides and murderers and robbers from usa and other nato ( so called scrubs of satan ) are very bad partners and it is seen what they do to Afghans and to Afghanistan - complete ruining of human lives and this country.
Naturally that insurgents should talk to these Afghan government to replace them in the next future but henceforth ally with usa or nato=tragedy for Afghan nation and end of Afghanistan as country morally, economically and financially - these people must understand it.
