They will say whatever it takes to get the deal done. But after... watch out... wherever the best bang for the buck is, is where they will be. These' we are people too' corporations, are people without morals, without honor, and have no shame. Somethings, are fair in love and war, but there is no such thing as fair play when it comes to big business. It's all about the money, and if destroys the business of a small city, it's smart business for them, just the same. No contract, no letter of agreement, will win out if they decide to pull out. The track record is clear, but the insanity continues.
