You must have only had very inept experiences.

Besides, that is a very ineffective means of HIV transmission. The statistical likelihood is vanishingly small, unless of course you are accustomed to interacting with people whose dental hygiene is given to rampant Periodontal disease and bleeding gums. Bad breath is usually a bad sign.

Apart from that.

Know your partner well.
Always use a condom.
Don't share needles.

A lot of homosexuals are promiscuous, and also, people in poverty as well, including straight people. I have associates at work, and from what they tell me, many can not find good partners, then your talking about two men, who are visual creatures, which means their will be a lot of sex, not saying that this is not the case with straight people, or all gay folks. Now, because some black men are on the DL, many openly gay men cant find a open partner, and some of these DL men are married, or have a girlfriend. The church, and AA culture, somewhat condems gays, so many are in hiding. Some of these men are prostitutes as well, white and black men. Just go to craigslist, you will see it all, and my associates told me this. A lot of these white guys are DL too, and married. Working in the industry I work in, I see it all, heard it all.

A dying AIDS patient is the worst thing I've ever seen in my life.
Nasty sores in their mouth, down their throat and all over the tongue. Big patches of missing hair and ashy bumpy, weaping sores on the skin. They waste (shyt) so much that they often have to have a colostomy placed because the stool just literally eats the skin and they risk ever more infections.
The ribs become the widest thing on their body and it's just skin and bones. When they eat, normally pureed food or liquified meals, they spit it up, choke and almost aspirate to death.

Most of them have to be heavily medicated because at some point they all become combative and start to lose they mind.
Family members are scarce and they (Patients)typically die alone, aside from hospital staff. Often times the body is NEVER claimed and the city buries or cremates them.
There is nothing and I mean NOTHING worse than dying like this.

Up until the very last breath, some have a face of frieght, like they can see death. It's horrible to watch.

And believe it or not, some of them get mistreated, even in that state because no one really ants to touch them or even handle them in any way, even with all the protective coverings that are provided.
