I used USA Sims for the first time recently having ordered a SIM card from Australia to be picked up at my Hotel in San Diego for use while in the US at a conference. The transaction was no problem, however the $20 credit I also ordered (and paid for) was not transferred to my SIM. Multiple emails to them have gone unanswered. Buyer beware.

We have used USA SIMs 3 times already and have never had a problem. Also it seems that these guys are the only guys that can get an iPhone working on AT&T
