Tell that to the ones who are even today, getting scammed at the airport taxi area, the Grand Palace, and if it isn't from the crooks, the police will scam you themselves.......try 2000 baht if you drop a cigarette butt on Sukhumvit.....the farangs are the only ones watched....lol...
