Spain: military take over air traffic control
Spain's military took control of the nation's airspace Friday night after air traffic controllers staged a massive sickout that stranded hundreds of thousands of travelers on the eve of a long holiday weekend, forcing the government to shut down Madrid's big international hub and seven other airports.

The economist say spain is the next bailout country.
Unions are the problem there and unions are the problem here.
Unions stage these revolts and the military steps in.
This is what's coming here. It's all staged for unions to revolt and it allows the govt to step in and declare marshal law!
Wake up America!

Spain is and has been for many, many years a military dictatorship. The law which was cited by the government to force the controllers back to work is a military law, the Guardia Civil (the main Spanish Police force) is a company of military policemen and women.
This is a socialist state in the worse sense, with two identicle parties swopping power, one in the name of the socialists and the other a so called right wing party which panders to the western leaders when necessary. There is no civil authority in Spain, only a sharng of the wealth by the powerful! The only way to look at Spain is to imagine visiting your grandmother 50 years ago. Spain only came out of the darkness through the injection of EU money and the investment by ex-pats seeking a life in the sun. All the ex-pats I know, myself included, desperately want to get out of here but are trapped by the stagnant house sales market.
Now if you want to really understand what is happening in Europe, look at the function of the German banking system in swallowing up "Satellite States"; first Ireland followed by Portugal, Belgium, Spain and then Italy. Mark my words!

Here's another matter that has not received much media attention;
May God bless and have mercy on us.

There were no commercial plane crashes on 9-11. The US staged the lies that has caused the deaths of millions of people. Civil liberties and the housing market are the LEAST of your concerns.

Well Hammer in Exile, your post is so full of misconceptions about Spain that I seriously doubt you live here as you claim. The law used against the controllers is in the Spanish constitution. Just because it involves the military, does not make it a military law per se. And, the Guardia Civil had nothing to do with the situation, they were military personnel. There certainly is a civil authority, as poor as it may be. I am not happy about the way things have developed either, but I am not going to invent things and call them fact as you have.
