S. Korea to open railway line from Seoul to Incheon airport
South Korea plans to officially open a direct railway linking downtown Seoul with the country's main airport later Tuesday, a move that will greatly improve the convenience of travelers, the government said.

Hardly ever read such poorly written news article. It was not clear at all when and which section of rail service became or becomes open to public. Date should be used rather than days of week for clarity. Article is very confusingly misleading above facts.
Hoped to used the rail service in my next visit to Korea, but am afraid this article is very confusing and providing unreliable information.
