"A decade of solid growth has created a middle class with more spending power - 350 million strong ......". Wow, that's more than the US entire population, with its 'robust' middle class. Here I'm thinking of Hutu & Tutsie warriers hacking arms with machetes, voodoo magic, cannibal militants eating the organs of their defeated foes and uncontrolled Ebola being exported to 'civilization'. Well, maybe they can assist with the immigration surge into the US and take half, or so, of these people we're being forced to take. We'll even be generous and keep the sick ones because our medical is still better overall than theirs.

The average IQ in subsaharan Africa is 75. Even if it were 10 points higher, it's not enough to support a modern civilization.

As long as there is no humane and strict population reduction policy aimed at the blacks, with a potent influx of white and asian immigrants, Africa is just a rape nest for foreign interests, as usual.
