We became experts how this 'Musalsal' is acted in Mogadishu, and I knew the warlords are up to something when Carson said they will support Somaliland, Puntland, Central Regions and those factions(though he didn't use the word, but diplomatically that is what he was referring to) who are neither with the TFG nor Al Shabab. This will be another failed Obama policy like his predecessor Mr. Bush.
