A friend of mine, who lived in Nowshera (Pukhtunkhwa) told me with concern and broken heart that the aid coming from foreign states is not being distributed in his village (district Nowshera). He said that only NGOs are distributing necessary items like bed, blankets, pillows among the flood- affectees. He said the winter has started and many families are waiting for warm beds and clothes (coats etc). He asked the donors to come his district and distribute the things by themselves and don't trust the politicians and government functionaries.
