No they don’t, and even if they tried, the Russians will not allow. At least not for a long time!

Russia not have the right to decide for other countries.

Georgia had those problems with Russia, because was base on nation, was out of eu-nato, and not wanted to follow eu-nato politic, but wanted eu-nato to follow Saakasvili politic.
