I'm honored that there is a Filipino Sultan who live in Sulu, and is called the Sultan of Sulu and Sabah.

China's dream to own the Spartlys and Scarborough Shoal is not going to happen. Keep dreaming, there's nothing wrong with your dream.

It's is better to have a government run like hell by the Filipinos than a government run by warped brained Chinese.

Yep.We haven't started the real discussion yet, it takes years to finish.

Do you know that a China man set foot on Sabah long before Sabah illegally occupied by Malaysia? His aim is to establish a community in Sabah and Sarawak and study the customs, habits, local government if it exist, organizations, etc. The China man reports to his superiors in Mainland China on all his accomplishments from time to time. Now, Chinese in these two areas are powerful to the detriment of the Malay people. Malay people should be in control because Sabah and Sarawak are Malay land and not Chinese.

Nope! I ain't serving no one except my Sultan which is the Sultan of Sulu and Sabah. I ain't gonna serve no foreigners either or pick up trash, that's the job reserved for a China man who is in a Malay land.

It doesn't matter how much tax a sovereign country collects to its citizens or people. What matters is that the tax collected should remain in
Sabah and Sarawak and not diverted to colonizer Peninsular Malaya or federated states of Malaya.

Peninsular Malaysia is twisting the history of the proclamation of Malaysia in September 16, 1963.

“The proclamation of Malaysia read by Donald Stephens at Padang Bandaran on that particular day that Sabah is one of the 13 states in Malaysia does not mean Sabah’s status is the same as Perlis or Kedah in Malaya at that time. It is only a question of convenience that such proclamation was pronounced.

“It must be remembered that Malaya had already attained independence on Aug 31, 1957 through a federation of 11 states. Sarawak gained her independence on July 22, 1963 and Sabah on Aug 31, 1963.

“These two Borneo territories were already full pledged nations when they joined up with the Federation of Malaya and Singapore to form a new nation called Malaysia” he pointed out in a statement issued here yesterday.

When discussions were held for the formation of the new nation, he noted, it was agreed that Sabah, Sarawak and Singapore were to be federated with Malaysia.

“But it does not mean that they agreed to be added as three new states under the already federated Federation of Malaya. The three nations were to be federated with the new nation Malaysia with distinct autonomy of their own and not to be treated like Perlis, Kedah and the other states of Malaya.

“This autonomy is well spelled out in the IGC Reports and other documents which include the 20 Points (Sabah) and 18 Points (Sarawak),” he said.

Sabah and Sarawak are independent and therefore are illegally occupied by Peninsular Malaya (Federated States of Malaya).

Singapore is already an independent country. Sabah and Sarawak should proclaim also their independence.

The ‘re-colonisation’ of Sabah and Sarawak by the federal government began when Singapore was ejected from the Federation in 1965 and the parliamentary seats for the two Borneo territories was then reduced to only 27% of the total number of the seats.

“(From) here KL started amending the laws and the Federal Constitution to the effect that now the status of Sabah and Sarawak have been reduced to be similar with Perlis, Kedah and so on, thus doing away their autonomy and Kuala Lumpur now is simply reluctant to acknowledge this let alone restore it.

Excerpts from WikiSabah

‘Four parties signed Malaysia Agreement’

Meanwhile, in a separate statement, Marajin’s party colleague cum Luyang assemblywoman Melanie Chia urged Abdul Rahman to stop misleading the people of Sabah that Sabah is one of the 13 states in Malaysia.

“This is a blatant example of the BN government wanting to mislead the people. Sabah has a stature that cannot be denied.

“It is because of politician like (Abdul Rahman) Dahlan that Sabah’s autonomy and the interests of its people have been abused and depleted progressively over the years since the formation of Malaysia,” she said.

She pointed out that Abdul Rahman had failed to acknowledge there was the Malaysia Agreement signed on July 9 July, 1963 between the United Kingdom and the Federation of Malaya, North Borneo, Sarawak and Singapore.

“Without the signing of the Malaysia Agreement, an agreement relating to Malaysia together with the annexes including the Constitution of Sabah, there would have been no Malaysia. Please note, there were four parties signing of this agreement.

“These important documents determined the formation of Malaysia. The Malaysia Proclamation as read by our First Prime Minister Tunku Abdul Rahman and by the respective heads in Sabah, Sarawak and Singapore must be read in (the right) context to get the full spirit of the proclamation,” she said.

Chia went on to note that Abdul Rahman had chosen to refer and highlight only the last paragraph of the Malaysia Proclamation to state his claim that Sabah is only one of the 13 states.

“Has he not read the preceding paragraph of the Proclamation where it is written that our first Prime Minister with the concurrence and approval of His Majesty the Yang Di-Pertuan Agong of the Federation of Malaya, His Excellency the Yang Di-Pertuan Negara of Sabah, Sarawak and Singapore ‘do hereby declare and proclaim’,” she asked.

Chia pointed out that unlike the other states in Malaya that are run by an Executive Committee, Sabah and Sarawak have State Constitutions besides their own Cabinet system of government.

This, she said, is a testimony of the special position of Sabah and Sarawak in Malaysia.

“History is always an important reference as it is the discovery, collection, organization, and presentation of information about past events, but we must not make selective references only.

Sabah and Sarawak people are now awake on what's happening on their own country. These two areas are co-equal with the Federation of Malaya. Sabah and Sarawak should not be treated like one of the states of the Federated states of Malaya. The people should note that in their minds especially the young people of Sabah and Sarawak.

The creeping invasion of Chinese pops in Sabah and Sarawak should be checked by the Malay people in these two areas. Malay people should be the ones in charge for it's their land and not the Chinese.

Chinese are the majority in Singapore and they will eventually turn Sabah and Sarawak the same if left unchechecked. Malay people should not let this happen.

DREAM ON.....

Note that:

The eleven states in the Federation of Malaya are run by an Executive Committee. Sabah and Sarawak have State Constitutions besides their own Cabinet system of government. The Federation of Malaya (11 states) has its own State Constitution and therefore, co-equal with the other two.

Repeated:

"The Malaysia Agreement was signed on July 9, 1963 between the United Kingdom and the Federation of Malaya, North Borneo, Sarawak and Singapore."

“Without the signing of the Malaysia Agreement, an agreement relating to Malaysia together with the annexes including the Constitution of Sabah, there would have been no Malaysia. Please note, there were four parties signing of this agreement."

Again, Sabah and Sarawak are not one of the 13 states. These two areas are autonomous and not part of the Federation of Malaya which composed of eleven(11) states.

The agreement is now questionable with the exit of Singapore and therefore needs to be addressed. The people of Sabah and Sarawak should note this down and digested in the minds of the people.

Excerpts from the news:

Sabah’s original status as a nation was well-documented in point 18 of the 20-Point Agreement in which it was promised that Sabah’s head of states was to be called “Yang di-Pertua Negara”. This term had already been used earlier on.
The(first prime minister) Tunku Abdul Rahman himself had promised that “Sabah and Sarawak will not become the 12th and 13th states of Malaya”.
“As I see it, Abdul Rahman’s remark that Sabah and Sarawak joined the Federation as the 12th and 13th states of Malaysia is a typical *@#% stand that not only reflects his lack of understanding of history on the formation of Malaysia but confirms my opinion that many of our Sabah leaders are mere stooges and proxies of Kuala Lumpur leaders.

“These Sabah leaders no longer have the heart and desire to fight for the special rights and position of Sabah and Sarawak in Malaysia.”

Again, Sabah and Sarawak are NOT 12th and 13th states. The Federation of Malaya has been federated with ELEVEN (11)states, and has its own constitution. Sabah and Sarawak are co-equal with the Federation of Malaya(11 states), and should be treated as such by colonialist and hegemonist Peninsular Malaysia.

Distortion of facts and history will only haunt the government forever which will lead to chaos, confusion and even disaster to the people.

Excerpts from the News:

“One cannot just simply pick up a paragraph in the proclamation(Malaysia) which mentions Sabah and Sarawak along with the [other] states in Malaya [and say] that this makes the two independent states as simply additions to the existing states of Malaya."

The people in these two areas should work this out and find their own destiny in their part of the world.
