Travel safe. Don't drink and drive. Have a designated driver. Enjoy the summer.

Bet it's fun in the P.I. in the summer months; eating BBQ chicken on a stick, drinking some San Lite with the guys, relaxing; good times--good times...

It's also Lent Season - when people would start doing the Station of the Cross not only in Churches but also in their communities; also it would be the time for criminals to honor God and go to Church on Holy Thursday and Good Friday; nailing of oneself in the cross to seek for repentance and/or seek favor or cure for uncurable diseases. ....

It is a never ending summer that is why we are going to Baguio early in the morning. The HEAT is at the top of the list of things I do not like about the Philippines. During the heat of the day I make due with fans and run the air con from around 6PM to 6AM. Get to hot and go to the mall where the air con is not that great but comfortable. The heat index is what is taken into consideration at home during the summer and sometimes it is terrible but here dealing with 30 degrees plus and 80 percent plus humidity and I do not even care to figure the heat index. AWFUL...

If you have a healthy heart, go jogging for at least an hour in the heat for three days consecutive days. Take with you a bottled water. Sip. You wouldn't mind the heat that much after.

BTW, drink hot coffee.

Baguio is always a great escape from the heat but a lot of people on the weekends. No tricycles and no pedecabs! That alone is worth the trip!! Hmm, but now I am back to the heat. It was still hot here when we arrived at 6PM last evening. My future boss (oops, I mean wife) her sister and her best friend are wanting to go again next weekend. SM, Burnham Park peddle boats and Mines View are nice and it is cool. BAKIT HINDI PO?

Ohoo want to be there for many reasons. The beautiful weather, beautiful country and the warm and helpful people, their hospitality and, despite their poverty, happiness and enjoyment of life.
Wish all a good summer, and then my pinay is here soon.

Thanks for many hours in your beautiful country, I'll be back again later/soon ....... sure I will ....

Thanks !!!

I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO MY TRIP TO THE PHILIPINES,I HAVE BEEN ALLOWING MY WIFE TO GO THERE EVERY YEAR WITHOUT ME AND THE PROMISE I WOULD GO NEXT YEAR.WELL I CAN'T DELAY IT ANYMORE BECAUSE THIS IS OUR 25TH ANNIVERSARY AND SHE WILL NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER. I AM A PRETTY BIG GUY AND GREW UP WITHOUT MUCH FEAR BUT I AM A BIG BABY WHEN IT COMES TO FLYING.OH WELL MY WIFE WILL BE THERE TO CHANGE MY DIAPER AFTER TAKEOFF AND LANDINGS.THE PHILIPINOS ARE THE NICEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER KNOWN AND THEY ARE VERY HOSPITABLE THAT ALONE IS WORTH THE TRIP.

The long hot summer is on.. don't forget to have a bottle of water wherever you go and stay in cold places....

Remember, the country has some of the friendliest, warmest and hospitable people in the world..

The country is composed of more than 7000 Islands that offer some of the best beaches in the world, particularly the ones in Boracay and Palawan. It has some of the best hotels in Asia, the biggest malls, the best resorts, the best golf course, and the most exotic festivals.

Stay safe and enjoy..

Probably nice less the violence! Certainly not as crowded. Here on the Lingayen Gulf, the jail and city garbage dump are beach front properties, duh! Each high tide more trash is deposited. Litter is rarely cleaned up. Not so bad in La Union at Bauang! Some areas around San Fabian are ok but overall it is not exactly not what tourists are looking for!

Daily Horoscope for December 5

Taurus

This is a day for turning your attention to your finances, especially if you're currently working on the budget for domestic improvements or changes. Talk to the other people concerned and really listen to what they're saying. They'll have some great insights. It will be far more productive to work as a harmonious team rather than as warring factions.
