Aymara women cross a bridge of rocks on the shores of Lake Titicaca. The lake's water is increasingly contaminated by rivers that pass through the industrial city of El Alto.

Bolivia's indigenous people have a right to pollute the rivers and the lake. It belongs to them. Evo said so.
This may be the only problem Bolivia faces that cannot be blamed on Santa Cruz.
A socialist State..........or, Plurinational State I should say, won't get much foreign investment help. They will have to fix it on their own.

People of the world should be free to do whatever
they want with their homecountries, U.S. is the biggest polluter--getting worse every year, I am moving back to Germany where the Green Party is in full force, plus I get to live in a white country, not like the U.S. full of negroes and dirty latins. Support FAIR, Youth for Western Civilization.

Sounds good lets MOVE the titicaca i--where dians to the orient--where they will have access to op conen lands and allthe cololization of the orient continue. Let the strongest race of indians survive., after this is Darwins world. WTF Nitzhe said it best, there is a whole generation of LOWER MEN WHO NEED NOT TO SURVIVE AS THEY ARE A STUMBLIMG BLOCK AGAINST THE PROGRESS OF HIGHER MEN. HEAR ME EVO. LISTEN MAN. READ PHILOSOPHY AND ACT WISELY

THE TITICACA INDIANS NEED TO REALIZE THAT THEY NEED TO SPREAD THEIR GENES FARTHER BEYOND THE TITICACA AND INTO THE ORIENT. OR THE OTHER WAY AROUND. NEVER MIND---the strongest race will survive as Darwin predict it.

Nitzche: there is a whole generation generation of lower men; who are nothing but a stumbling block against the progress of higher men--german men.
