French honor D-Day vet from all-black unit

As a soldier in World War II, William Dabney was used to the military's segregated quarters.
Blacks should be esp. proud. This group is one of many that ultimately conquered WWII Germany and freed surviving Jews from death camps. It's curious, really, that they should be honored in France but ignored here in the U.S. and Israel. Thanks France.
