Only after cating a Yeti it will proof its existence, a collective effort is needed.Nepal need some big projects to bring its tourism industry to international standard.Kathmandu is very unmanaged although it is beautiful. After visiting rara and foksungdo one can simply experience the Nepalese shangri-la. The writer has done marvellous job.

Nepal is the wasteland of India. They have more poverty than I've ever seen. They love tourists with their hand out and then steal everything they brought with them. Corrupt police laugh.

hey Indy, may be you've some personal grievances...but nepal is poor if you judge her from Western eyes...& even now its the adventure companies from the US, Europe, & India that benefit most from nepal tourism...i personally would not like nepal to adopt a tourism as an industry in nepal...tourism has its severe side effects on environment & lifestyle of indigenous people here...hope your comment wud open the eyes of those opportunist Nepalis who'd lick every white ass for dollar...plz make a research

Due to blind imitaion of western lifesyle based on excessive consumption, sustainable development is little more than a cliched phrase in Nepal
