very well greeting,,

as you can see,,vietnam has Bilateral with all over the world,,

in this year vn was very closely with Laos,,but now looking at the Relation between Laos and VN,,

After the Dam HAD BUILD then who known how much BILATERAL Between,

but me too,,i wish to join with you to con-grated,,between the 2 countries,,

but how long,,i don't known..
