Since the housing market has tanked, does anyone have details as far as how this is impacting the condo market? Just Recently, I purchased a new condo that I discovered listed on http://www.marketgr.com . It has a listing of condos for sale in Grand Rapids. I just want to know that buying a condo at this time isn’t kind of a bonehead move. I was actually under the impression that a condo at this point and time would be preferable. Does anyone have some details?
