Panetta wants more US access to Vietnam harbor

From the flight deck of the USNS Richard E. Byrd, U.S. Defense Secretary Leon Panetta could look out across Vietnam's Cam Ranh Bay towards the South China Sea.
Our navy is no match for the Americans.We are stuck in south china sea.We can't fight but we can't back off either because we will lose face.I am so embarassed.It's like getting caught with our pants down in the middle of the street.
