Jan 6, 2012 Full story: Examiner.com 16

I'm a huge fan of Malaysia and visit several times a year. But in recent years, I've spent more time in Thailand than in Malaysia, as costs are often lower and customer service is better.

YOU should'nt say such reply. Respect her comment because im sure she isn't the only one saying Malaysia isn't the place to visit. Given the comment of yours, it will reflect other Malaysians image whom i sure is very-very much more polite. And like duhhh! Who ask you permission to visit your country? You do not own Malaysia at all. And YOU should take this as a motivation! Please be more open minded! Thank You!

misunderstanding

the title of the article has been altered and then posted by a well known Indonesian troll. In the article if you care to have read it, the writer was very happy to visit Malaysia and listed all the points why malaysia is a good visit.

the person who answered the misguided troll thread starter, was being sarcastic to the troll Jokem

no wonder, malaysia only worth a visit by migrant workers... The most low-class destination on earth... What can you expect from a 3rd world country?, what would you see?, palm oil plantation? Or what? There is nothing can be seen in malaysia unless the slums, and 3rd world culture...

malaysia trumped thailand. the writer said so

1. Flights are Cheap - If you're in a neighboring country like Singapore or Thailand, flights on airlines like Air Asia or Malaysian Airlines are cheap. For just $130 round-trip, you can fly to Kuala Lumpur or Penang in 2012 for a three-day weekend or longer.
2. People Speak English - Unlike countries like Thailand or Cambodia where, outside of the main cities, finding someone who speaks English can be a challenge, most people in Malaysia speak some English and a huge percentage speak it fluently.
3. Shopping is Cheap - When I first used to travel to Malaysia, going shopping was more expensive than in Bangkok, where I then lived, so I usually didn't bother. Nowadays, as Thailand has become more and more expensive, prices in Malaysia haven't risen anywhere near as much, so shopping in Malaysia is wonderful as the bargains are so good. I now buy things I would normally buy in Bangkok -- DVDs, t shirts, jewelry, jeans, shoes -- but at a 10-30% cheaper price.
4. People are Friendly - The main reason I love visiting Malaysia is the people are so friendly. It starts when you get to Malaysian immigration where, unlike Thailand where you're scowled at and treated like a second-class citizen, Malaysian immigration officers seem to actually be happy you're visiting their country and show it. This welcoming attitude continues on in hotels, restaurants, stores, with people always willing to talk and to help you with what you need.

sorry indon. you not even worth comparing
