On day 1, North George Street bridge closure causes confusion

I am worried about the children that play on the sidewalk on High Street in Emigsville while the bridge construction is going on. So many people are using High Street as a cut through. Not only speeding cars and motorcycles, but semis as well.High street is almost a one lane street since we have to park our cars on the street. My son installed a double gate at the end of my lot a few years back, so I could park in my yard.That did not work, because the people who park in the lot behind my house ignore the alley and block my gate. This is a problem because I cannot get the gate open to get out of my yard. I feel that Isomeone is going to get seriously injured if the speeding does not stop. I have watched cars coming one way trying to beat cars coming the other way, so they don"t have to pull over. I am expecting to wake up one morning and see someones car knocked half way down the street

we all are finding the lil bridge being close a pain. but if the people are blocking your block a call to the police with there car being towed will cure that
