If this guy remains in a state of flux, taking no meaningful decisions that outwardly affect Greeces position in the scheme of things...then, Spain and Italy continue to get the attention of the Pospectors [City of London] the Speculators and the Ratings-Agencies.
Like I said: Destruction Works both Ways!
The longer Greece delays...the more likely, some of that destruction the Greeks suffered gets spread-out, shared amongst the rest of the EU, maybe even Germany itself!
