The democrats and the Obama administration, are the ones that have taken the arrogant position toward Colombia. President Bush along with the rest of the republican party tried very hard to pass the Free Trade Agreement with Colombia, who has been our best ally in Latin America, but at the time, an all democratic congress blocked it. At this moment, it is still the democrats blocking the FTA and hurting the interest of both countries.
