How do we know that Lingle isn't bringing H1N1 as a gift to the Chinese?

H1N1 is already here. Why is Lingle going over there? Those Chinese want to gamble not go to the beach. Hawaii is absolutely no gamble state like Utah. Those Chinese may stop off here and then get on a flight to Las Vegas and gamble their little heads off. We are stupid with gambling we could pay for schools and many other programs. Sure we will have social problems associated with gaming, but do we have any choices?

hawaii will never have legalized gambling as long as churches hold power. of course we can't get rid of churches but we can diminish their power. i say we tax all churches like any other business. income from such taxes alone would alleviate lots of our financial problems.

Daily Horoscope for December 31

Aquarius

The more you want to control someone, or someone wants to control you, the more difficult life will be today. It's a Full Moon and a lunar eclipse, so the last thing you should do now is to act as though you own this person, or tell them what to do, because it will be an instant recipe for rebellion and trouble. Mars is retro in your house of significant others and open enemies after all. If you don't want to spoil the evening's celebrations you'll have to make compromises, and hope that this other person will do the same. Don't let the fuss stop you having a very happy New Year's Eve.
