I saw a BBC reporter standing on Brighton beach. I was in Brighton in a real storm and you could NOT stand up on the front. The wind would blow you flat and also there were flying stones.
I just received my loan

the BBC never bothered about Brighton until it become the Gay capital of Britain, but now they worry about a storm there. The BBC and liberals and the Guardian only care about -

Notting Hill
Gay areas
Moslem ghettoes
Black areas like Brixton.

otherwise , forget it.

The damage from wind is hard to prevent but flooding is 100% preventable by better drainage.
