I wrote about this same thing on my site when I wrote about the San Pedro Prison tours. It's really tragic and it's been going on forever. It's not likely to change soon, that's the worst part. You can read more about the conditions the kids face here (sorry about the scathing reaction to the tours, but this is exactly why it gets me right in the gut).

Very true. Those that complain that the Farthing's should be helping those in Clarksville should take care of it themselves. It only takes one to change the world....for good or bad. Example, Mother Theresa or Hitler.
