Buddha Dharma should similarly be revived in India. However, the revival can only happen when Buddhism goes back to fundamentals and initially recruits the most sincere and most faithful men and women into the Sangha.

Discipline has to be established through rigorous training like the Japanese Buddhists who have to go rigorous purification in order to be a priest at a temple. Such rigorous training should be compulsory for all Buddhist monks and nuns to take out the weeds.
