Pakistan is the only country in the world that has built three new ports

It is a battle of ideas. Pakistanis envisioned a new port that would be the bridge between Central Asia and Middle East, a corridor that would serve the needs of China, Central Asia and Arabia. That idea–of creating something where noting existed has led to the resurrection of the trade route between Melhula and Zhonghua or Cathay.

Oh dear, PAKIs unable to anything for themselves.
So sad, so pathetic.
They resort to giving away their own assets.

1. Relations between China and India are approaching a new and complex crossroads[1]. There is now potential for this bilateral relationship to turn for the better, but if not carefully nurtured could significantly regress. The visit of many senior leaders & officials in the last few years to China and the first joint counterterrorism training between the armies of both states, highlight the continued process of rapprochement between China and India. Nonetheless, sporadic frictions over their long-standing border dispute, ongoing military modernization and competition for resources illustrate that the Sino-Indian relationship is far from trouble-free and continues to oscillate between periods of friendship and rivalry. Furthermore, both countries' relations with third parties have added to the climate of mistrust in Sino-Indian relations. India has warmed to Japan and the United States while China sustains its "all-weather" friendship with Pakistan, and Myanmar and improving relations withNepal and Bangladesh have added to the climate of mistrust in Sino-Indian relations. The Sino-Indian relationship will have implications for a growing multitude of international issues including addressing Iran's nuclear ambitions, human rights violations in Sudan and Myanmar, the global non-proliferation regime, maritime security, energy security and the environment. As China and India emerge as the engines of Asia's growth, the bilateral relationship is also of growing importance to regional and global economic stability. As the Sino-Indian relationship becomes increasingly multidimensional, both states will need to develop a multipronged approach toward managing their relationship while the international community will need to recognize that a stable and cordial bilateral relationship will demand effective multilateral engagement.China's long-term goal is to become one of the world's great powers. Its leadership visualizes that possibly by 2030 AD. China will become the leading economic, political and military power in Asia. It attaches special importance to economic & military modernization as a foundation for building up its comprehensive national strength. Its concept of national defence has been expanded to include the seaboard and outer space.
2. China, realising what economic reforms can do to a nation, embarked on its "contain India" strategy. China got down to its business of encircling India with its strategic "string of pearls", which are pressure points to make India uneasy and vulnerable. The results have been fantastic as far as China is concerned; what with India's supposed allies like Maldives, Seychelles, Sri Lanka, etc joining the party. But just by placing few ports /bases around India is just not enough, an analytic approach to this will automatically give out the subsequent requirement of a balanced military force for this infrastructure.
3. China has embarked on an ambitious project of all round development to include military, economy, diplomatic etc. The first major hurdle in its determined path is India.
