Fuh...what a long journey! from PNG to Changi,from Changi to KLIA,KLIA to Alor Setar. RM40 thousand just for the airfare and etc cost!

With that sum of money, u might afford to be in Sao Paolo,Brasilia or maybe in Rio....

if that is his sole purpose for spending 40k, he must be an idiot. for EC has provided opportunity for oversea's voting.
