Global acts of kindness

What wonderful work this couple does. I've worked in Africa, mostly the Congo Basin and the circumstances of the dogs in the urban areas broke my heart (in the forest with the tribes they were a bit better off). I'd bring flea/tick drops with me and feed any dog that I could approach. One dog I had been feeding ended up being hit by a car and when I got to her she was already gone and there were ticks pouring off her. I got a wheel barrow and buried her. Her dog buddies followed me, tried to wake her, and scratched at the dirt after I buried her. The locals thought I was crazy. It's encouraging to hear headway can be made with the locals and their outlook on dogs.

There are people that love animals and hate people.
The Nazis had one of the most advanced "humanitarian" laws against animal cruelty.
I think is nice to show compassion and care for animals AND people.
wHAT IS MORE a true and effective conservationism cannot succeed without an equilibrium on that.
