I lived in Izmir Turkey for three years from '89 to '92.
I used to cross the bay on the fairies daily.
I used to buy a fairy dock snack everyday that was some kind of seafood meat, together with rice, placed inside an oyster or clam shell with lemon juice poured over it.
Does anyone know what this snack is, and/or how to make it, or a site with the recipe?
