Barbie Collector question

My Niece collects Barbies. Her collection started with the Barbies I bought her when she was a child. I haven't seen her in almost 20 years and I want to get her a Barbie from the year she was born like the one I gave her parents the day she was born. I found the exact doll, a 1967 Spanish speaking Barbie (We're Hispanic)that's still in it's original box on eBay. The problem.......... I'm not rich and the bid is already over $200. Would LOVE to give this to her but I have no idea what the Barbie is worth and what I should bid. Can anybody help me find out what this doll is worth? As a safety net there is also one out of the box that will be my second choie.
