Of course. Because Barbie threatens and subverts everything Muslim. Also they fear the CIA has implanted tiny listening devices, mind control, and bombs inside the dolls.

These dolls are most likely the closet thing Iranian men can get hold of to find out what women look like without their burqas on without having to get married seeing pornography is banned in their society.

Barbie in a burqa. I think this act speaks for itself. Just how paranoid and insecure do you have to be to be threatened by a DOLL? The fact that they are able to do this without any outcry from the populace is an indicator of just how oppressive the islam religion is to free thought, let alone free speech.
