The pagans like to believe that but the Roman empire was known for centuries as Pagan Rome. Pagans have numerous beliefs that originated from Babylon. It does not mean to just live off the land.

Thanks Kay Marie! I apologize and stand corrected for the above comments that I made:......The fact is that "Not all" Protestants lie, misrepresent, and misinterpret Gods Word!...... However, there are some on this forum,(and they know who they are) who manipulate the word of God and use the bible, to further their anti-catholic animosity, vengeance and vindictive attacks against
the personal faith and salvation of other Catholics and the Catholic Church itself!.... There are many, many faith filled, bible Christian Protestants, that I grew up with, who see Jesus Christ as the ecumenical Savior of the world and are our brothers and sisters in Christ, where the "faith and the feeling" is mutual!!

**********

Very gracious, Hojo; thank you...even as I've known many Catholics who are very serious about their faith in God. My hope is that all who are called 'Christian' will seriously put Him, not their group, first.

He prayed that we would be ONE IN HIM; not separated by our worldly 'connections'. Our conversations should be to His praise, not to His shame.

Blessings,
KayMarie

The Pagans didn't need or want your Christian gossip. They had their own form of preferred mythical gossip on which they re-lied.

Men rarely (if ever) manage to dream up a god superior to themselves. Most gods have the manners and morals of a spoiled child.

Some kill for the pope's empire, others for the muslim empire vision. The atheists have been responsible for the wars since 1775 including today across the middle east, Muslim Brotherhood led revolutions to found islamic republics.

The former pagans were enlighted with the truth about God and Jesus having just came out of the dark ages.

Applying to God your thoughts?

Ah, you fit so well, with all the rest of us hypocrits. Have a seat in your local church.

Prodigal Daughters are like Prodigal Sons. Their father gives them their inheritance, they choose to leave. The Father does not demand they return, but forever Hopeful He waits for their return, and runs to them when He sees them, showering them with His Love.

Time to leave your imaginary god behind.

Jesus is not 'imaginary' or an 'image'. You only lie to yourself. Denying Jesus and the Bible wont change the history books.

You are not convincing anyone here.

So don't you think it might be better to enlighten the ignorant?

Those attracted to the light, will come.

As we get older, and bodies begin to fail, but minds still sharp, we must let the next generation discover for themselves what we know. And it might be nice to pass some of that wisdom we acquire along to them. But it is not necessary, and it might be a little bit of a temptation to think we can add to their own discoveries.

June VanDerMark:

Who are the civilized, and who are the barbarians?

Aren't we looking at a post-modern society, and society has plunged into the depths, where the state dictates once again the acceptable war, and the pagans(religous) are terrorists?

And with that, no amount of innocent lives may be sacrificed by the state sponsored war?

Has this ever changed?

Or are we just more aware that each of us is becoming a victim of the state?
