"I want you all to remember when you got to the polls here in Nevada, what political party supported the president to make sure we have the tools necessary to protect the American people [FROM THE ONE AND ONLY SINGLE THREAT I AM ABLE TO ENVISAGE - ECONOMY, HEALTH, ENVIRONMENT, EDUCATION, LONG TERM WORLD STATUS, INTERNATIONAL RESPECT, FUTURE ALLIES AND SHORT AND LONG TERM IMPLICATIONS OF FIGHTING NON-STATE ENEMIES WITH LARGE SCALE ARMIES ALL BEING OUTSIDE THE VIEW OF MY ADMINISTRATION] and which political party didn't," Bush said.

Well I suppose he didn't say those parts in upper case but we all know that's what he meant. Even if no one has told him yet.

Aaah GBJ, for generations to come people will alternatively curse, frown in confusion, pause for a minute silence or simply burst into hysterical laughter when your government's actions are brought up in conversation.'Do you remember when he said he'd pre-emptively launch nukes against perceived threats in October 2002 or that launching a 'small, winnable war' would show him to be a good President?' they'll say 'Yes' the others will reply 'That D*%$head/*sigh*/HAHHAHAHAHAAAH A'

How about that time he said "I know how hard it is for you to put food on your families"? "Yeah, that was a good one too. HAHAHAHAHAHhaahahh...*sigh* "

if ya can't beat em'.. join em'?

...The Tennessee Republican said he had learned from briefings that Taliban fighters were too numerous and had too much popular support to be defeated by military means.....

..."You need to bring them into a more transparent type of government," Frist said during a brief visit to a U.S. and Romanian military base in the southern Taliban stronghold of Qalat. "And if that's accomplished we'll be successful."...

This story is almost too ridiculous. In fact, it is too ridiculous.

Bush did nothing for his first eight months to prevent terrorism. He was, however EXTREMELY active to lower capital gains, and estate taxes.

When The Saudi Arabian financed attack on America came on September 1, 2001, the Bush administration's second impulse was correct: to neutralize the Taliban in Afghanstan.
(Their first impulse was to protect the Royal Saudi and Bin Laden family members in America by spiriting them away from FBI questioners.)

And then, almost immediately, they abandoned this course, leving the job undone; and set up a STRAW MAN, Saddam Hussain of Iraq, and concentrated US power there. Pressure off, Osama escaped too.

This administration's "anti-terror, or Anti-Terrorist" campaign has been a complete failure.

FIVE years later, Osama Bin Laden is still getting weekly kidney dialysis, spending tons of money, living in bunkers built by the BIN LADEN Construction Company,(paid for by USA, ordered by George H W Bush...)

And both the Taliban, and the al Quada are growing stronger than ever, along with dozens of new, evil, militant terror groups we havn't even heard of yet.

I can't immagine a greater failure as an anti-terrorist that GW Bush, and yet he attacks Democrats for voting against the Bill of Rights and against TORTURE.

The bigger failure are the lies from the Bush Administration. I hate to think there is anybody left who would even lend this guy an ear.

I agree with Just An Observer because Bush has done nothing but told us lies since he has been in power. We have been in more wars and battles with Bush in office than any other president.

Bush good at attacking, not so good at thinking.

Everyone should know he's vowed to stop Iran's nuke program an any cost before he leaves office. Even if it means bombing them all on his own. He's a madman. He thinks his heaven and god are just a bomb away and doesn't fear his own death. I don't fear his death either, but I do not want to rush mine!

Ya He is protecting the money of the very wealthy, the upper 1% with estate tax cuts and capital gains tax cuts and dividend tax cuts so CEO's can declare huge dividend increases and not pay ordinary income tax rates ,

We should consider limiting campaign funds, and voting in ordinary citizens, like ourselves. We can only trust ourselves anymore.

Bush and our troops succeed in war. Democrats leave no stone unturned in undermining President Bush and our troops... resulting in higher casualty and death rates for our troops. Yet, none dare call it treason.

Since Bush left office, the Farrakhan supporting Bolshevik in the White House has reversed every gain Bush and our beloved troops made in their sacrifices and steadfastness. He's let our Ambassador and others die, while arming and funding radical elements, who slaughtered him. He's let severe war criminal Taliban go, who actually killed the fathers of our children. Try to remember his anti-military rhetoric, that got him elected by the Democrat doper cowards!
