Simple really, gods only exist in the religious imagination.

This knowledge you claim surpasses human knowledge.

So if you are truthful in claiming this knowledge, you are a god.

If you are a god, then gods exist.

Which makes you wrong.

So you are either wrong, and a god, or you are lying.

I'm betting you are not a god. That leaves "lying".

Loose with the facts again, ScumBolus.

Fox has straight news with Shephard Smith every day. It has straight news during the day, and news updates throughout the day, either hourly or half-hourly. On weekends, it has Chris Wallace, who is not an idealogue.

And on the opinion shows, they have panels of guests, not one host making jokes.

Among those panels you get liberals like Bob Beckel, who ran Walter Mondale's campaign, Juan Williams, who worked for NPR, Howard Kurtz, who works for a liberal newspaper, and Alan Combs, who is to the left of Code Pink.

Once again, you have no clue what you are talking about.

Maybe you could discuss wine??

Really?

Your god sends....**you** to deliver the message.

And the message **I** get from **you** is one of near-infinite hate for me.

Yet, you expect me to love this god, who sent a messenger of hate (you) my way?

Seriously?

That is quite amusing.

Really.

That is called having faith in a belief.
"Rejecting" is exercising that belief versus a passive reserving judgement.
You are a confused individual, IANS.
Let's look at the record, shall we?

The record is this:

**ALL** the self-professed messengers from god, have shown me much hate over the years.

You, included.

**NONE** of the god-messengers have shown **any** compassion. Not a one.(you, especially).

So.

I find it quite interesting, that the **only** "messengers from god" are all, without exception, hateful in the extreme.

What does that say **about** this god of yours?

Hmmm?

Because there is no more evidence of gods than there is of the Easter bunny.
I debunked the Easter bunny at the age of 4, when I caught my mother hiding eggs.
Evidence, or in the case of the complete lack of it for gods, trumps imagination, as far as claiming something is real goes anyway.
Like the bunny and the santa, the god is just a huge marketing scheme.
That's not true, but even if it were, there's a huge difference between "no evidence" and "knowing" something does not exist.

I learned that at the age of 4.

Your claim is another lie. Excuse me, two lies.

OK. You seemed to have been critical of my choice to expatriate. I couldn't do any more for you there than here. And I am happier here.
A friend of mine is really very unhappy because he has to move back to the States permanently in January. The reason is that his wife came down with amyloidosis, a rare medical condition, and she want's to return to Florida to get her treatment. He upset not only because his wife is ill, but also because his carefree life of sunshine and Margaritas, of cobblestones and burros, just turned into something that he considers much less appealing.
America is OK, but many of us like this better. So stay for what? Since you're letting me answer, I will: "Don't stay. Take your wife away and have a good life in Mexico."
I bet she has a lisp.

That's how you want it to be answered. It doesn't apply.
<quoted text>
I sometimes wonder if theists have a problem understanding the process, since they believe a deity exists, and due to that, they find it must be that an atheist has to "believe" a deity doesn't exist.
This is why I think this; I've often heard the theist say they lost faith in their deity and didn't believe in the deity, and that they felt the deity had abandoned them.
The implication being that they still thought the deity existed, but their belief in the deity - the confidence they had in the deity - was diminished, and many have said they considered themselves an atheist at that point. It's easy to see they were not an atheist.
<quoted text>
No, it isn't that I'm dishonest at all.
I've a feeling you won't get this, and I'm not sure if you're being intentionally obtuse or genuinely unable to grasp the meaning.
Suppose you and I are walking through the woods. You believe you heard a hawk. You aren't sure you heard a hawk, but in your mind, you believe you heard a hawk.
You turn to me and say: "I believe I heard a hawk".
I didn't hear a thing, and I say to you: "I didn't hear a hawk, I didn't hear anything that sounded like a hawk, I don't have a belief I heard a hawk."
The belief you have that you heard a hawk is yours.
Listen carefully; At that point, I do not have a belief I did not hear a hawk. It isn't a belief at all.
It's simple.
I don't have the belief, that you do, that you heard a hawk.
I lack that belief, and so it is with deities.
I lack the theistic belief that there are deities.
All that writing, to avoid saying "A" or "B".

Knowledge requires the realization to be of "fact".

Nobody knows such as a fact - that no deity exists.

And it cannot be known.

In the future, when you lie, choose a lie that cannot be easily disproven by definition.
