We see religion losing on a hundred fronts and it's only getting worse. Plus saying you're a believer but not belonging to a church to help organize is a victory for us.
Why even the GOP is poking you religious retards in the eyes in hopes of winning an election or two. Why? They realize appealing to religious retards is a losing proposition because your numbers are rapidly dwindling. Your ways are dying. It's for this reason alone your ilk wastes so much time, effort and money attacking us.

<quoted text>
"Republicans have nothing but bad ideas and Democrats have no ideas."
~Lewis Black

Watching the Republican Party flail around as it recovers from its 2012 collapse has elements of tragedy and comedy. After all, it is the party that gave us Abraham Lincoln and Eisenhower, and a modern take on Jefferson's vision of limited government and states rights. But it is also the party of "legitimate rape," Grover Norquist, "self-deportation" and a mean and angry persona defined by Rush Limbaugh. That's the comic part.

Recovery will not be easy, and will likely follow the famous five steps Kubler-Ross describe in the aftermath of a death in the family: denial, anger, bargaining, depression, acceptance. To move on with your life, you go through each stage in turn.

Republicans are stuck on Stage One, denial, and can't move forward. In fact, they lost because of really bad ideas, which the American people rejected.

Rather than confront that reality, all kinds of silly excuses surface, all of which deny the awful truth.

Just don't ask Dick if he's wrong, he'll chew you out for being Christian (and avoid the question). It's funny to hear the audience applaud ole Dick and not even notice his arrogance...

This one's great. Bill Oreilly puts Dick Dawkins in his place.

As your photons or waves or whatever pass through a magnetic field they build a charge that reacts to the field they pass through.

Intensity? How does the intensity work? Why the further it travels, the dimmer it gets?

Here it is again:
"The speed of light is not a constant."
What part of that do you find incomplete?
Add in "if it travels through non-uniform medium(s)."

If you claim that your statement is complete, then I can say "The speed of light is constant", and it will be equally valid.

You can admit you were wrong now.

Apology accepted.

Ok, Mr CherryPicker....

That's like saying "That was good food!" is incomplete because I didn't specify why.

No, those were the results of actual observations. Here is more information:

We observe the motions of the stars close to the center of our galaxy. Those stars are orbiting a very massive object that is not seen. Its mass and size means it has to be a black hole.

If it cannot be seen, how do you know it exists? And since a black hole can have any mass and size, how are you supposed to be sure?

That's awesome. Bless those people, man. 16 years of research...

Now they really think they've located a black hole.

If only there was a way to detect it & prove them right.
