Probably has more issues than just that.

Amusing.
Jesus could show up big and bright in the sky tomorrow, no mistake in who it would be, Then you would run and find a I love Jesus button, pin it on, then run to the head of the line waiting for your reward, because now you have proof.
:-)
cute
You're right! To a point, at least. If I had proof, then I would not deny it.

So no comments about that money being spent on particle physics. The scientific references to not being able to see all this invisible stuff they just know is there. This molasses electrons pass through, etc. They want to coax it out by exploding it out.

Particles that float in and out within a second.

Interesting stuff, this hard nosed math based physics.

No invisible skydaddies, no interaction, however brief it may be, with maybe its dimension and that we may have emerged from.

Curious. I thought Topx atheist were real science buffs.

Do you need proof or faith before putting your very last quarter into a slot machine?

Where is your evidence to support the none existence of God?
You piss all over the pope and if lightning doesn't strike, well... there ya go.

Evidence of absence is evidence of any kind that suggests something is missing or that it does not exist. A simple example of evidence of absence: A baker never fails to put finished pies on her windowsill, so if there is no pie on the windowsill, then no finished pies exist. This can be formulated as modus tollens in propositional logic: P implies Q, but Q is false, therefore P is false.

You can't prove a negative. But then you already knew that. You just use your childish "prove god doesn't exist" excuse because then you think you don't have to prove that god exist. Wrong butthead!!!

You CAN prove that things exist; but you can't PROVE that they don't, nor should anyone have to. A reasonable person would reject a belief without evidence. Only a religious person would be retarded enough to believe in things like unicorns or anything else that has never been proven.

1. If God exists, then he is perfect.
2. If God exists, then he is the creator of the universe.
3. A perfect being can have no needs or wants.
4. If any being created the universe, then he must have had some need or want.
5. Therefore, it is impossible for a perfect being to be the creator of the universe (from 3 and 4).
6. Hence, it is impossible for God to exist (from 1, 2, and 5).

Getting to be bed time for me, and I know you are a little slow. So here is the next question.

Proof or faith, either one.

Would you cuss and swear and call the slot machine names before putting that quarter in? Or the casino staff, for that matter?

I wonder if Topix atheists secretly believe that if they are wrong some skydaddy will put its hand on their shoulder, look them in the eye and tell them they have been bad, and will miss dinner that night?

In those days poor parents would send their kids away to the church to get an education which meant reading the bible and getting molested by the clergy. Lenin mandated all children receive a proper education in history, math, science and language.
That evil man! How dare he see to it for the first time children there regardless of income learn to read and get a proper education, becoming head and shoulders more knowledgable than children in many other countries?! How dare he!

There are Christians that don't believe in Jesus? Lmfao!!

Actually most non trinitarians will answer Yahweh, Jehovah, El or pick an OT version of the name.

As usual you are wrong.

Supposed Jesus witnesses
Josephus - Born 37 CE
Phlegon - Born about 80 CE
Tacitus - Born 56 CE
Pliny the Younger - Born 61 CE
Suetonious - Born about 69 CE
The Babylonian Talmud - 200CE
Lucian - Born 125 CE
Phlegon - 2nd century
How exactly are these guys witnesses to something that happened before they were even born?
Hearsay isn't admissible in court for a reason ;)
Tacitus was born in 56 CE, more than two decades after the alleged execution.
In fact, his writings about Jesus were done in 116 CE. This cannot be anything but 3rd hand (if not 4th or 5th) retelling, and the historical validity of the tale is therefore nil.
Since he was the first to write about it, where did he get the info? Surely not from earlier writings, right?
Those 'scholars' are therefore speaking through their hat.
