Yes, pick up the dead chicken in front of your office trailer.
I'll send you a bloody chicken claw, so you can engage in one of your religious rituals tonight.

(2 Samuel 12:11-14 NAB)
Thus says the Lord:'I will bring evil upon you out of your own house. I will take your wives [plural] while you live to see it, and will give them to your neighbor. He shall lie with your wives in broad daylight. You have done this deed in secret, but I will bring it about in the presence of all Israel, and with the sun looking down.'
Then David said to Nathan, "I have sinned against the Lord." Nathan answered David: "The Lord on his part has forgiven your sin: you shall not die. But since you have utterly spurned the Lord by this deed, the child born to you must surely die." [The child dies seven days later.]
This has got to be one of the sickest quotes of the Bible. God himself brings the completely innocent rape victims to the rapist. What kind of pathetic loser would do something so evil? And then he kills a child! This is sick, really sick!
David had disobeyed God. Under the Covenant of made with Israel, their were promises and curses for disobeying. David got what he deserved. The women that he had were given to him by God. He brought the sword to himself. This wives were concubines. That story is to show us what God can do when a person disobeys. It is after all His plan and He does what pleases Him in his plan not yours. David did not attempt to rationalize or justify his sin against God. When confronted with the facts, David's confession was immediate. God rules over all of His Creation. You seem to not like our God, so you formed one whom you like in your mind.

You don’t want to let any of that rich aroma escape. Suck it deep into the lungs for that transfer of carcinogens into the hemoglobin. Dope heads rule! Another way to say it is, sh** heads rule!
OK Dave. I took the "suck it deep" comment from Eagle's post, referring to your heavy smoking habit.
Still your dirty mind.
Counselor, you are the one that did the associating. Your dirty mind.

Perhaps you have some personal issues you should examine. Perhaps some inclinations you have tried to keep buried.

Do you wanna talk about God? Or the god you've constructed in your mind? The evil, baby killer?

<quoted text>You are serious right? Your not just being a poe. Is it your contention than EVERYONE on the face of the planet was an "unbeliever?" Everyone, millions of unbelievers? First of all does that non seem plausible, and second how exactly do you know this? What evidence do you have that the entire population of the earth, with the excepting of Noah and his family, were "unbelievers?"
And how much notice was given before this mythical flood happened? What if I was a true believer but lived in Australia, how would I have gotten to the Ark? Would I have had enough time?
Of course we all realize that science has completely disproved any such nonsensical event. Without invoking Godmagic it could have never happened!!
My guess is; there are more Poes than true debaters; there are just enough fundies out there to make it impossible to tell the two apart.

You were meant to say no, because you would still love them!
And God doesn't love his children? Yet he still throws them onto a bed of hot coals, forever!!! Why, because they don't love him. Is this how you garner love, throughout the threat of eternal roasting? Imagine your lover telling you that you HAD to love him or he would pour gasoline on you and light you on fire. Isn't love earned? Ca you legislate love like God does? Is that real love?

I'm doing fine with my studies, thanks! I've been studying science for 5 years now and I've met alot of professionals in this field that believe in God. I'm not the only one who's irrational.
When you say "Yes there is a God" you then have made a positive claim and it MUST be supported with demonstrable evidence,,,,,,,,so go ahead and show me your evince.

If you can't prove God exists but just believe it, then that is an irrational, illogical belief. Something is either real or it isn't. "Real" does not mean its just something you believe in and think is real. "Real" is something that can be observed and examined, otherwise its just an unsupported belief.

awwww thanks! but you're just saying that coz u probably never met indian religious people who follow the scriptures but don't keep their stereotypical religious identities. You've met too many nasty religious people who tell u, u r goin to hell, so u think we all hate u, but not all of us r nuts! some defo r tho!:-)
I'm sorry about my writing guys, i feel drunk today, i'm not drunk tho, maybe too much red bull or maybe i'm high on God's love? heheheheheee
I think religious beliefs are kind of quaint when they aren't being pushed on people. It's blended in history and culture. It's when religious beliefs get in the way of progress or ethical behavior that bothers me.

You don't push your beliefs like they are the only truths in the universe, so I appreciate that.
