So that's why you're mental. Example:
Deuteronomy 25:11-1: If two men are fighting and the wife of one of them comes to rescue her husband from his assailant, and she reaches out and seizes him by his private parts, you shall cut off her hand. Show her no pity.
<quoted text>
your point?

i guess if i were the wife of a jewish man under mosiac law 3500 years ago and my husband was fighting, i'd grab the dude anywhere BUT his junk!!!

Alright class....please open your Bible to page 1130 - here you will find a sort of a silly looking character and his story - "the trials of tribulations of waaasssuuup - an internet poster gone rogue".
Yes - he went rogue, and now you will find out how.
Please continue to read the context and don't pass judgment on him quite yet.....as we know he is a little slower in understanding than the rest of us.
*soft hallelujah music plays in the background*
:o)
LOL!!!

yes, i've gone rogue from the world and from the false 'church' influenced by the spirit of antichrist - thanks for noticing!;-)

Clearly that was written by woman haters that wanted to remove any advantage women may have in a fight.

do you have any ancient and barbaric laws of the pagan nations that surrounded israel circa 3500 years BC? the lil bit that we can deduce from history is that you'd probably much rather have been born a jew;-)

It really makes no difference to me as to how many "gods" you believe exist. We both know that thousands have come and gone since man had a desire to explain his existence with what little level of reasoning he had at the time. It is amazing that here in the 21st century, a "god" ("gods") is still relyed upon to explain that existence. SMH
There are many man made Gods, idols for example. I don’t believe in any of them and despise them just as you do.

For the record I only believe in one God.

He is unseen by the natural eye but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t exist. In this life there are lots of things we can’t see with the natural eye.

My Father was a hard core Atheist. So I have been schooled in both arenas. I’m aware how Atheist think. On my own I searched for the truth. What I found out was there was a intelligent being that is unseen that we refer to as God. I know for myself beyond the shadow of any doubt that God is real.

Over time I have seen him display his power and majesty.. You have your individual right to believe as you will. I’m ok with that. But I also have the right to believe as I will.

My Father I loved very much. He was a intelligent man gifted with a special unique gift. He had a memory that was phenomenal. But him and I stood apart in my belief in the unseen God.

In the end he didn’t die an Atheist. He decided to search for himself. In his final journey he found that God was indeed real.

That's why those UK cops carry those big night sticks and walk in pairs. One would cave in your head if need be and the other standing by as an auxiliary back up. Just in case your woman wanted to try and hit the nuclear option.

But the bible telling of your sodom and gomorrah story says child rape is OK.

Another reason why a book written by goat bothers over two thousand years ago should not be venerated today.

Why do you Brits stand there in the middle of street daring your cops to hit you anyway? You know they freaking mean business and they are going to bash your head in if you don’t do what they say.

You don't understand the dance. Our police are experts in both giving and receiving sarcasm. e.g. you get pulled for speeding and they may ask, "Having difficulty taking off, Squadron Leader?". Most can take a joke. It's a bit of a game and very few people get hurt by UK police.

Those UK cops and their night sticks have kind of history.

I give you a hard time a lot but the truth is I have UK roots.

My family came over in the 1800’s. One of your towns has the same name as my last name. We picked up genetic traits that came from the ole land such as our temper. We have this bit of a temper of being hot headed and too quick to get in a ole fist fight.

Ahhhh the days of our youth.

A lot of times there’s a story behind each one of these Atheist. Some are very careful not to tell that story. And “Thinking” has a story that he hasn’t told us. There’s a bitterness behind a lot of his post. Which indicates to me there is something in his past that has made him bitter.

But I promise you there’s a lovable human being there. It’s just he has his force field up.

Maybe, the Christians got it right on the God thing. What they didn't know that is there is intelligent life right and God manifested himself in another way than us.

But see it was none of business to know how he did it. It is beyond our feeble little minds. Us humans think we are terminally unique. Guess what. We are not. We are little specks in the infinite, large cosmos.
no wonder some folks give you negative judge its. their egos can't stand not being special. they want this planet to be special, man to be special, men (usually men are the egotistical ones) of one race or ethnicity or religion to be most special of all - and themselves among the chosen of their chosen kind. we have no idea about the reality of a God or gods. Not knowing is perfectly acceptable as an intellgent approach. Beyond that, if people believe this or that, their beliefs should be judged partly by their seeming reasonableness, and even more by what kind of ethical behavior they lead to. If a belief leads to intelligent, informed kindness to other living beings, that is at least a good thing.

There is a story behind each believer too. Everyone has his or her own life experience. Some atheists may have been raised in a particularly nasty oppressive religion, and may resent both the way they were treated and the way they were fooled into believing something evil. Other atheists were raised as atheists or agnostics, and did not have to fight free from superstition and repression. Anyone with any rational habits should begin as an agnostic in attitude, and not insist that he or she knows the truth. Then one can adopt one belief or another, or no religion at all, and not be a nasty person forcing his views on others. What matters is ethics anyway. Being kind to other living beings is what counts, not theology. People who emphasize theology may be looking for a way to get away with being bad persons in their behavior. Good people do not need to believe in theological dogmas. It is bad people who want to believe they are "saved" by their faith.
