Here are a few questions that Keith Hammond has refused to answer or even post on his website. He boast of hard facts but refused to answer the questions about "his" radio station.

1. How much did you pay Jim Turvaville for the radio station in 2002?
2. How could Turvaville sell it to you when he sold it to Shamrock Broadcasting in 1999?(Transaction on file with Secretary of State of Texas)
3. How can someone sell a radio station that they don’t own?
4. You claim to have video of the July 29th 2002 “Armed Robbery”. When can we see this video? You had claimed your attorney did not want you to release it before your trial. Well the trial is over so put it on for all to see. Why did you not show the video at your trial? You claim the video shows a gun being waved in your face SHOW US THE VIDEO.
5. You claim that Rick Roach and David Rushing are close business associates, show us your proof positive.
6. You claim to be the one who exposed Rick Roach as the drug user and dealer, again can you show us the proof that you turned over to the authorities to get the ball rolling against Roach. Can you show us the facts you turned over and can you share your testimony from Roach’s trials? Did you turn them over to the federal or state authorities? Or did you just rerun the articles from various newspapers and websites to make it look like you knew what was going on?
7. You claim that Rushing likes to steal toys from little children, can you give us examples of others that he has victimized other that just yours?
8. Speaking of your children I hope they are doing well. Did you really send them away willingly or did Child Protective Services visit and all of a sudden they were sent away to protect them from the criminal element in Shamrock. Or were you afraid that they would be taken away like the other child was in Alabama. Mr. Hammond don’t you have another son in Alabama from another woman? I am sure you are sending child support to him on a regular basis.
9. Mr. Hammond can you tell us about how you got in trouble in Baldwin County Alabama you were arrested and a child taken away by the sheriff’s department because the sheriff’s dept broke into your house and took all your belongings. This was the grounds that were used to take your child? I believe that is what I read on your old site a few years back.
10. You accuse Rushing, Switzer, & other criminal co-conspirators of engaging in this childish personal vendetta. In looking at this site it looks as if only one person is doing all the writing. That is you Mr. Hammond. I have not seen one thing from Rushing or Switzer.
11. You claim that David Rushing wants the radio station for himself. Could you please show the world where to look and see where he has filed an application with the FCC for a license?
12. I came through Shamrock the other day and turned my radio on to 92.9fm and heard nothing but a buzz. Were you off the air for some reason? I was there a while back and heard you on the air on a Sunday afternoon. I looked at the FCC website and it shows your license has been cancelled since January 2007. That must be a mistake because you would never broadcast without a license with your integrity.
13. You claim to be a great news person. You always claim you will be updating your site within the next week with proof positive evidence. Mr. Hammond it has been 3 or 4 years now and we are still waiting for the updates with proof positive. Example: Webcam (I guess the fog is too thick). SHOW US THE VIDEO OF THE ARMED ROBBERY.
14. As for your trial you had the chance to present your case and all this 100% proof positive evidence. Either you did what you were accused of or your proof was only in your mind and not the mind of the jury. A trial presents both side of the evidence; obviously you did not convince the jury of your 100% proof positive evidence because you were convicted of theft.
15. This is an editorial opinion with questions.

You know, John, had I not actually been there and observed all of this personally, I might be inclined to believe you. It is a prety difficult story to believe but, I WAS THERE. Were you? Why do I doubt that you were? Knowing this, what is it that makes you a more readily believeable person concerning something that you have no real knowledge of when I WAS THERE? B the way, I'm assuming that you are calling the court reporter's certifications on all of those documents forgeries? You might want to ask her before doing thaas her contact information is on every page of those transcripts. So, pray tell, how does this then become a "scam"? I have seen no "send me money for the price of looking at this" demands. I'm listening, John. Now, when you can tell me that you were there and watched what I watched IN PERSON, as I watched it all, I might begin to consider what you are saying. Where were you sitting at the last hearing I observed in June of 2007 when THE JUDGE RULED THE GUY'S ILLEGAL IMPRISONMENT WAS UNCONSTITUTIONAL? Where were you sitting in that courtroom? As a side note, John, if the above story is so thoroughly false, why have the people who are supposedly being "slandered" (while pretending to be so pure and innocent) suing the radio station owner to have the posting of these facts removed? It would seem that, if they have a leg to stand on, they would be much more successful bymoving in THAT direction instead of simply slinging mis-directed "mud" and enlisting the aid of you. Sure, scream "SCAM" until you are lue in he face. As soon as I see some COURT DOCUMENTED EVIDENCE that what is posted is untrue (I have not), I'll have a tendency to beleieve what my own eyes have literally seen. It's the same person. The writing styles and spelling mistakes are exactly the same. And the way he CAPITALIZE'S words that he wants to emphasize gives him away as being the same one person. That is typical for someone that isn't getting the support he wants. Come in here under a different name trying to make it look like he has someone agreeing with him. Very weak attempt at trying to gain support, and it shows his total lack of credibility.

Check the IP addresses. Simple unless you don't want to see the truth, which you obviously don't. Those who mean anything at all are aware that the liar is you and your drugies in the pampa da office. I have been here all along and watching from the side. I'm curious, David, if you are so sure that you are right, why do you not post under your nme? Something to hide? Something like the fact that you and your criminal pals are in flagrant violation of many numerous laws that can only be violated by having crooked friends in semi-high places? This has gone far enough and has gotten childish enough that I am convinced any sane person can look and see what is going on. I just called Keith Hammond and asked the questions that you seem to want to ask but are too afraid to ask without hiding behind the cowardly screen of anonimity. He also refered me to another website, http://www.shamrockedc.com , that seems to be comprised of nothing but legal documentation, sound recordings and other evidence that would be extremely difficult to fake.(I'd say impossible as most of it is notarized and signed by court officials.) But, as you stooped to the extremely childish level of asking about his teeth, I also inquired into that matter for you for whatever reason you would be interested in his dental health. He told me that the video to which you refer was made within a week or two of oral surgery during 2003 or 2004, I forget which. But, I must say for myself that your inquiring into such silly things as this does indeed let me know (and anyone else willing to think) that you are indeed grasping at straws as this is indeed a dsperate attempt at diverting attention from your deficiencies by questioning the health of another. I thought that I had gone a bit far when I mentioned your brother in the preceding post. I have now concluded that I did not. In fact, even I would happily commit suicide were I to wake up someday and realize that I had inadvertently aided you in your criminal conspiracy. It does indeed appear that old Charles had some decency about him after all. When do you plan to follow? I just pray that he didn't end upwhere Jerry Bob Jernigan is now burning and you will soon be. But, as I've said, this has degraded to senseless and childish babble in which you are not even discussing facts. Therefore, it is a waste. You are simply luckyenough to be connected with crooks in the courthouse, which explains why the one you originally connected with is serving a prison sentence right now. Incidentally, Mr. Hammond invited me to his "Release Party" that is planned for his March release date - which is the date that he would've been back home had the courts not agreed that the unconstitutional crap Lynn Switzer had cooked-up was worthless garbage! What a hoot! He's been home for a year due to a court ruling that Lynn Switzer "did a dirty" and there will be a party on his (supposed) release date? I'd say that looks pretty bad for you, Lynn Switzer and your entire crime ring. So, if I would venture so far as to say that your fat arse (it's no worse than your "toothless" insults) and Lynn Switzer's equally fat arse (gaining by the day) haven't escaped the investigations yet! As someone wlse that we both know would say, "The wheels of justice grind slowly". But indeed, grind they do!

I have watched your video which apparantly was made after your stay at the Formby Unit. Your nervousness seemed to over take you and you were unable to stay on track. Why are you so nervous and fidgety in your video?

The video was made during the summer of 2004. After living under constant threats 24/7 and observing the abuses of the system in this community, anyone would be somewhat "tired". No one person would be able to survive non-stop (as we have done) when the very people robbing you of everything are the same people that are paid to "serve and to protect" in civilized places.

Now, I've sat back and observed this disussion from a distance until I received a phone call and decided to look into what was here. What I see is not too terribly impressive and I really do not care who any of you are. Just keep rambling on without me.

I'll post the facts of the matter, as I've been doing, and leave the mud-slinging to lesser people.

But, I will not be "hiding behind a keyboard" by posting anonymously. That fact alone speaks volumes as to who to be believed and whom to ignore.

Concerned voter, it must be sad to live a life of hate and being a constant victim. In my opinion what is even more sad is when you cannot have your family with you because of hate and rage against someone else. I have looked at Mr. Hammonds websites old and new and in my opinion he has serious issues. It is a shame that he is missing out on the lives of the most important thing in life. That would be the lives of his kids. However it does not seem to bother him to attack the innocent family members of others. Just think how he would feel if people attacked his family (right or wrong). It is my opinion that nobody is going to change Mr. Hammond he is always the victim and the only way he can get satisfaction is to take the low road and attack people on a website. This is obvious from his old Alabama website and his current one. In my opinion I feel extremely sorry for his kids because he obviously is so eat up with selfish rage and hate towards others that he would sacrifice his life with his kids and family.
