Since MArch meeting in India the BRICS will be forming its own loan system for the world in competition with the IMF (a western apparutus) and dropping US dollar as currency reserve. BRICS is making over 50% of World GNP.

gonna be EURO, USD and New BRICS monetary value system.

far fetched but if four country can have trade clearing mechanism that will suffice, as though internally USD seems has devalued but cross currency rates reflect otherwise a dichotomy the world has to relate,

FISCAL CLIFF- LETS NOW GET OUT OF THE SEMANTICS
lets understand that it is a high debt albeit presently without a BoP issue in US of A, same is the case of UK. Europe save greece apparently does not have this problem, but have a perceptional BoP issue, fiscal union self serves the reigning in.
thus whats the problem world faces this may soon unfold.
one currency of the above two is in the arena of carry trade, thus all vanilla QE are irrelevant.
market indicators are deceptive if history is to be believed, nekkei is down from 45000 to sub 9000, can dow survive, can self serving trading perkup. thats just an indicator today a marginal impact on reflection of the economy (index companies are nothing but a small part of the economy) QE is a bandaid to a malaise surgery to remove the tumor is yet to be effected.
Thus is the world to be effected, no QE will pump O2 to the world thats the better part.
one needs an appropriate metrics, which may be missing, model on

the game of subsidies:
this need to be seen on comparative basis, all distortion including indexing it to comparable prices, thus for eg. fuel in India is percieved to be highly subsidised. apparently the costs from prospecting to refining ought to be understood taxation thereto compared, if subsidised but retail price is higher then there is pricing and taxation distortion to the benefit of some. THIS NEEDS TO BE AVOIDED, ELSE SUCH COUNTRIES OUGHT TO BE METRICED ACCORDINGLY, DEFICIT MAY BE ARTIFICIAL TO BENEFIT CERTAIN STAKEHOLDER.
what is deisel retail price at newyork, london, bankok, kaulalumpur, singapore, sydney kinshasa would be telling the real story- rating agencies be damned on their planar models.
Its just cosmetic packaging without core purpose of governance

now the game of FDI (of course referencing india)
FDI with caps, with proportianate representation on needs to bring in proportionate equity, the only reason that an Indian partner exists in Insurance is because its indian, its known fact that indian partnets have not contributed proportionaletly, and thus the indian promoters have reaped on valuation (though its known fact that options were written in SPA to reverse part of indian promoters holding in change of regulation) now the game with change of permitted holding pattern- thus who gains- whats the difference between this and coalgate, this was created asset by regulation given away, which eventually some stake holder shall pay and it will be an Indian!!!!!!.
MAY WE HAVE NORMALISED PLAYING FIELD
(but of course the theory exits (bombay club theory ) that indigenious entrepreneur needs level playing field) this was given then why was equity not participated why the need to change the level of FDI and pray why 49%!!!!!!- good thought but the benefit ought not to be with some private enterpreneur.
whats the difference then between india & ________!!

what should QE be
medical procedure for OPT
Photodynamic therapy is a medical procedure which involves the infusion of a photosensitive (light-activated) drug with a very specific absorption peak. This drug is chemically designed to have a unique affinity for the diseased tissue intended for treatment. Once introduced to the body, the drug accumulates and is retained in diseased tissue to a greater degree than in normal tissue. Infusion is followed by the targeted irradiation of this tissue with a non-thermal laser, calibrated to emit light at a wavelength that corresponds to the drug’s absorption peak. The drug then becomes active and locally treats the diseased tissue.

In QE where is the targeted irradiation. the fallacy of QE

Hundreds of thousands of people in several crisis-hit European countries have started a first coordinated general strike across southern Europe to protest against their governments’ harsh austerity measures.

On Wednesday, Spanish and Portuguese workers walked off their jobs to protest against spending cuts and tax hikes. The industrial action shut transport, grounded flights, and closed schools.

The fire fighters in Portugal were the first to begin the pan-European strike against austerity cuts.

In Spain, hours before the mass walkout kicked-off, union workers gathered at Madrid’s landmark Puerta del Sol square.

Union leaders in Greece and Italy also planned strikes and protest marches on a "European Day of Action and Solidarity" against austerity measures, which labor leaders said are worsening the European economic crisis.

The international coordination shows that "we are looking at a historic moment in the European Union movement," said Fernando Toxo, head of Spain's biggest union, Comisiones Obreras.

Greece has been at the epicenter of the eurozone debt crisis and is experiencing its fifth year of recession, while harsh austerity measures have left about half a million people without jobs.

One in every five Greek workers is currently unemployed, banks are in a shaky position, and pensions and salaries have been slashed by up to 40 percent.

Greek youths have also been badly affected, and more than half of them are unemployed.

The long-drawn-out eurozone debt crisis, which began in Greece in late 2009 and reached Italy, Spain, France, and Portugal last year, is viewed as a threat not only to Europe but also to many of the world’s other more developed economies.

The Strike in Southern Europe
By Sahra Wagenknecht
Global Research, November 12, 2012
Neues Deutschland and Socialist Project
Region: Europe

A storm is brewing in Southern Europe. In Greece on November 6 and 7 another general strike will take place. On November 14 Portuguese, Cypriot, Spanish and Italian trade unions intend to go on strike in opposition to the austerity policies of the European Union. Belgian and British trade unions, as well as the European and German trade union confederations, are also calling for action. If the mobilization is successful, this transnational strike will be a milestone in the formation of a European protest movement desperately needed to prevent the final demolition of the European welfare states.

Unfortunately, the German contribution to this protest movement has thus far been rather meagre. Tens of thousands of people have indeed taken to the streets in Germany this year demonstrating against the dictates ordering cutbacks coming from the Troika (European Commission, European Central Bank, IMF), and in favour of the redistribution of societal wealth. The participation of the German trade unions, however, has left much to be desired in each case, to say nothing about strike action. The realization that German workers will ultimately also be affected if demand in our neighbouring countries massively collapses appears to be asserting itself only slowly. And there are legal obstacles. While political strikes are permitted in most European countries, German trade unions are legally permitted to strike only in pursuit of collective agreements. This absurd limitation of a fundamental democratic right must at long last be abolished. We too need the right to a political strike in Germany!
Political Strike?

Events in Southern Europe show the political strike to be an indispensable tool for self-defence. What the EU and the International Monetary Fund are demanding of states such as Greece and Portugal has nothing to do with neutral crisis management, but is rather brutal class struggle executed from above. Cutbacks and elimination of government services are targeted only at ordinary people. Only sales taxes are being increased, while high incomes and economic assets are spared, and corporations are relieved of tax obligations. But that’s not all. In order to implement even more drastic reductions in wages, workers and their organizations are being weakened and deprived of rights. In such a situation political strikes can serve as the last line of self-defence.

It would be a mistake to believe though, that only the over-indebted states in crisis are being confronted with attacks on trade union, social, and democratic rights. Indeed, the European Court of Justice has decreed in various cases that free collective bargaining, the national right to strike, employment laws, even freedom of expression, and the protection of human dignity, all encounter limits when confronted with the right of corporations to unrestricted freedom in the single market. A rectification of this scandalous judgement, which grants corporations the de facto right to wage dumping, has yet to be achieved.

We need a socially progressive clause added to European Union treaties clearly stating that basic social rights have priority over rules pertaining to competition and corporate freedoms. A socially just Europe can only exist if we succeed in turning the tables. We must to be able to limit free trade in services, the freedom of corporations to establish operations, the free flow of capital, and competition policies in the interests of employees and trade unions.•

the drama which did not play out!
the rumors of the silly coin option, Coinage Act needs an immediate ammendment so that such silly acts never occur.
world looks stable property needs corrections across the world.
EB-5 under Congress Immigration Act – 1990 ought not to be way out of the unsold commercial property, its stress needs an analysis.
similiar for other countries too.
