Sure, I think a big majority of people feel this way. The stress of spouses, children, jobs. money illness. One reason or another keeps us where we are.I have often wondered how someone could do such a thing! Then again I can see why. Sometimes things are overwhelming. whats up? need counciling? might help. nothing wrong with it, my family threw it up to me. If your family is like mine and I had it to do over I would not have told them, I would get overwhelmed and then they would say "you need a pill? that hurt:( That is the wrong thing to say to someone hurting. In my case a pill wasnt the answer. I can see how people get addicted to pills also. Some people have a strong support and their family being an ecouragement. Some men are so wonderful and help with the "destressing" and visa versa. We never know what goes on in the hearts and minds of people , Do we?.
